Where do you ship to?
KYND Esthetics currently ships across the United States. We hope to expand soon!
How long does shipping take?
Your order will be shipped within 1-4 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive it in 2-5 days, depending on the shipping method you choose.
How do I track my order?
Tracking numbers will be sent to the email on file with your order!
Returns
How do I return an item?
Returns can only be made on unused products, to make a return email us at maliyah@kyndesthetics.com. If you think your product is defective please email pictures to maliyah@kyndesthetics.com with your complaint.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Exchanges may be made based on certain situations, we will always try our best to accomadate our customer issues. Please email us at maliyah@kyndesthetics.com if you have a question or concern about exchanges.

Are your lash trays & supplies cruelty free?
Yes, KYND Esthetics uses synthetics PBT fibers for our lash trays. Every products is cruelty free & vegan!
How do I know my tweezer will grip?
Each and every tweezer at KYND Esthetics is hand tested with 3 different diameters & 3 different fanning methods to ensure your tweezers are up to standard! Issues with tweezers can be sent to maliyah@kyndesthetics.com
